GoodThe one I received looked used. It smelled like oil and had dirt build up in the small crevices on the head.Also minor scratch on the head. I'm not sending it back because it works and I don't have the time to re-ship this back and then wait to get a replacement. The tool its self works as described but I was expecting a new tool not one someone returned.This is my third Ingersoll Rand impact. I haven't found a use for this that I can't use my other IR electric impacts. But like all tools, I'm sure it'll be a life saver when have a tight space and can't fit my larger impacts one day.Have not been able to use it yet because I can't get the sockets onto the drive. The retaining ring is either too big or too stiff. I would love to know how it worksGreat tool. Love the angle it has and works great in tight places.This is the perfect tool for getting into tight areas where a regular impact gun won't fit. It has plenty of power to zip out the toughest bolts.
