Safariland's model 6520 EDW (Electronic Discharge Weapon) Duty Holster w/SLS is a duty holster designed for EDW weapons only. Since there is no snap, the SLS allows for a smoother , single motion draw and greater protection against attempted weapon takeaways. The hood can only be released by being simultaneously pushed down and rotated forward and actually becomes more secure when upward force is applied. It is also far less likely to release accidentally than conventional thumb break snaps. The model 6520 offers both strong side and cross draw options and features a user adjustable Clip-On belt loop that provides various carry angles on the belt and can be installed and removed with ease. It fits belt widths from 1.5" to 2.25". The 6520 features wraparound construction of SafariLaminate materials. The weapon will still fit snugly after rigorous daily use. The design features a closed bottom with a drain hole to protect the cartridge. It is also fully suede lined to protect the weapon's finish. Fits: Taser X26
