I got these to make my wife happy. She has been looking for some salt and pepper shakers to match the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. All the ones she liked at the stores are $20-$30 and I’ve been persuading her not to spend that much money.I found these online and decided to give them a try since the price was right. The glass is thick and the adjustable grinders work great! I also like the carry tray.We filled them with Himalayan Sea Salt and Black Malbar Pepper. I love getting the minerals from the salt, but be careful if Iodine table salt is your only source of iodine in your diet and you switch to sea salt. You need Iodine and may need to find it elsewhere, such as drops, if you drop iodine table salt because sea salts do not contain iodine.Great addition to our kitchen!See picture for size; coffee cup presented in picture to get an idea of size.ThesSalt grinder has broken 2 times . Ring pops out after while. I ordered a second set to have spares. Pepper grinfer cant seem to be adjusted to a finer grind. Will not ord er this set againFirst off I'd like to say I purchased some battery operated grinders from Amazon and was highly disappointed when the motor became weak. I threw them out and purchased these manual ones and I can say these do a much better job and only require minimal effort, I wish I purchased these the first time.Got this salt & pepper shaker set for our dining table because my husband kept bugging we needed one. I didn't just want to get whatever, so I scoured through Amazon until I found something that was both visually pleasing and inexpensive. This product is so perfect!! I love how it looks on our table + works beautifully. 100% recommend!!Good grinder set for the price, very handy to just pick up the holder and take to the dining room table Just the right size. Would recommend.This was a good value; but, the screw that turns the salt shaker froze after nine months. But, it was easy to fill and offered a decent grinding size, although I think the adjustment was a bit clunky.I replaced it with a different brand, at triple the price,Purchased this as a house warming gift. I don’t care what anyone says; you can’t beat the quality for the price you get. Also, the size of the grind ID adjustable by turning the grinder gear clockwise or counter clockwise. Simple design, love the stand it comes with.I like how small these grinders are and that it comes with a holder. It’s so easy to grab these from the spice cabinet put on counter to cook with and placed them back. No more fussing to find the salt or pepper ! Awesome buyThey work fine, but note that they have a cap, or cover on the 'top', which is actually the bottom, so using them is just a bit different from most designs. It took a short while to adjust the grind size to what I would like, but this is a normal setup procedure.I like the metal holder which keeps them neatly together on the top of the stove.These mills are amazing. Good quality, sturdy, can adjust the grind, and look really nice. For the price you can't go wrong. I love how they have their own holding case which you can just put on your table. They are not too big and not too small, they are perfect size. Would recommend for the money you can't go wrong.finally salt and pepper grinders that work and dont cost a crazy amount of money! the bottles are easy to refill because of the wide opening and fit a lot so no need to refill constantly. the grinders work well and are easy to grip, love the little rack that comes with, looks neat and tidy. great value!Works great - better quality than thought.
