Pros: Looks nice, super easy to assemble, arms flip up for easy push in (space saver), sturdy construction, nice seating height.Cons: Tailbone starts to hurt after sitting awhile, pitches forward.I work from home in a call center environment. I'm literally stuck to this chair for more than 8 hours a day. It is comfy for awhile but then my tailbone starts to hurt because the seat pitches forward a bit. I wish the back was more straight. becasue it pitches forward in the seat, when I do lean back in the chair the upper back area is so far away that it puts more pressure on my tailbone and is not comfortable. The first 2 pictures are the day I put it together. Took about 15 mins, if that, only complaint is it was a bit damaged in one of the arm holes but i'm ok with that. The screw cap hides most of it anyway. The next 3 pictures are after a week of use. I'm a curvy girl and I knew the cushion was not going to last too long, I'm sure in a 6 mos to a year I will need to buy another chair as the cushion will most likely be gone. If it's hurting my tailbone now it will most certainly hurt more in 6 mos when the cushion goes. Not worth the price, design could be better, will not purchase again.I am a full figured, curvy, overweight etc woman. There are very limited options out there for people over 250 lbs. I work at home on a computer all day and my chair was leather and had lost the chair padding and the rise function so I figured I’d get a new one. Like I said, it wasn’t easy to find a reasonably priced chair for my needs, plus I wanted the arms to raise for more hip room. As some others have said….I have a lotta junk in my truck and there’s absolutely no back support because of my butt! Lol. I get that’s my issue…but for others like me just know you’ll need to put a pillow behind your back. I also, as others, feel like I’m leaning forwards and don’t feel like I’m sitting in a relaxed position. I had to buy a foot rest also and that helps a bit make me feel less stress on my calves and feet to hold me up. I also had to drop the seat as low as it’d go to sit in it! Fatter person problem! I’m guessing average sized and small people wouldn’t have these issues. I think the chair overall is a good quality for the price. Will the fabric hold up, will the pillowing stay puffed up…I don’t know I’ve only had the chair for a week. One thing I haven’t figured out yet is the other handle…I think it’s to recline the back and then sit up straight but I couldn’t get it to work. That doesn’t matter to me cause I can’t even sit back enough to enjoy the back part. Overall I’d say it’s worth the price, seems well made and was very easy to put together myself. I have it on carpet and it does fine rolling as long as all my weight isn’t in the chair…not sure how else to explain that. I hope my words didn’t offend anyone, I’m overweight, I except it and hope my reviews help others like me when making decisions! The foot rest I got was a two tiered plushy memory foam one and I think it’s very comfy on the heels and feet. It’s a bit squishy and may break down over time but for now it works. Sorry I can’t remember the name of the company.I’m 5’5” tall and I have to scoot to the back of the seat to get all the way on this chair. Once I do, my toes barely touch the ground. And this is on the chair’s lowest setting. The back part of the seat cushion is thicker than the front part of the cushion so it feels like I’m sliding off the whole time I’m sitting down unless I lean back. But when I lean back the chair goes slightly too far back so it feels precarious and therefore uncomfortable. My $200 chair from Staples (an insanely overpriced office supply chain) is 10x more comfortable than this chair.Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, but there were no assembly instructions whatsoever. It’s a good thing I have experience putting together office chairs or I may have had a harder time putting this thing together. All of that being said, it does feel well built. I do like that the arms fold up.I was looking for a chair that would be as comfortable to sit in as a sofa. That was my goal when shopping for this.I work at home and can spend many hours with my computer and the last chair I bought only made me want to sit more on my couch than my desk lol. So I wanted something comfortable enough that I could get comfortable.I have been using this chair for… two or three weeks now… and I feel pretty good about it. I have sat in it just to watch YouTube videos and have managed to get comfortable as I would on the couch. It’s super soft and fluffy… even my cat has decided that it makes a good sleeping spot! And she did not do that with any regular computer chair. It was easy enough to put together on my own. And let I am happy to sit at my desk. The only not so great thing I’ve come across is that I’m this short time I’ve used it, there’s been a small tear in one of the front cushions. I’ve seen it and it seems to be doing fine now, but that was a bit disappointing. (And why it’s getting 4 stars)I still feel this chair is absolutely worth it. It is so comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.I was never able to actually roll in this chair. I'm heavy so I ordered this in my weight class. My husband is average weight and he had issues. It just wouldnt roll. I finally looked closer and realized one of the legs has been twisted this whole time. So it would stop up like the wheel was laying more on its side rather than straight up. But the way everything g twirls you don't notice. We even greased the wheels thinking that was the issue. It's was terrible for us. Hopefully others had a better experience. It's past the alloted time obviously to get a replacement. So I have to get a different chair. Also I tried to bend it in proper position. No such luck.
