Assemble the blades 2.Exchange the new blades, find a ascrewdriver to hold out against the new blade, use the "T" shape sleeve puller turning clockwise to tighten the sleeve. Loosen the Sleeve Use a slotted screwdriver turning counterlockwise to loosen the sleeve. Replace the Carbon Brush Put out the old carbon brush and put in the new one and turning lockwise to tighten the sleeve. Read more Tips: You must shut off the power supply if the motor does not run. During using, do not open the upper cover or put your hands. The smashing materials should keep dry, no moisture and grease. The smashing materials is not exceed 2/3 of the smashing groove. Do not clean the machine with water, you can clean the machine by cloth or brush. Let the machine work for a while without filling anything,there will have a smell from the carbon brush for the first use. Usually smash the hard medicines into powder for a minute. Do not continuously operate the machine for a long time, you can use this machine in interval. When it starts up, please shut off the power supply immediately if the blade is stuck by the smashing materials and the motor does not run (buzzing noise occurs) to avoid burning the motor,and then remove the blocks, check the fuse and restart the machine.

I was skeptical when I purchase grinder because of some of the reviews I read, but for me it is a great piece of equipment. I use it mainly to grind tumeric but it is great for everything.We use this mill to grind sweetgrass to a powder form. It works amazing! when we first tried it, we had our doubts. It wasn't long until we could see the wonderful, powder results!Works well enough though it heats up a bit. I've done small roots , nuts, chocolate, and herbs. Only takes a few seconds to turn oats into flour. Flax seed into meal. Corn into cornmeal. It is understandably loud. Pay attention to the time you are grinding. Directions say it can overheat. It works so well I am not going to test it. Think about how fast and hard it is spinning. I took days to grind 50 pounds of oats.We've had ours for 13 1/2 months and use it about every other month. Till now it has worked beautifully, but using it this time it makes a hellacious scream, bogs down and surges. Turning the cutter shaft by hand (power unplugged) and it jerks and stumbles erratically. Near as I can figure, the top bearing failed or is just not capable of handling the high RPM load of this machine. All my wife has ever used it for is grinding chopped and dried almonds to make almond milk. Not exactly a high load item. Very disappointed, and will look elsewhere for a replacement. Based on other comments, the warranty procedure is not worth enduring or paying for.This grinder is so good more than my expectations and the price cheap compare to the other expensive one's on the market l have kitchen aid Brand very costive but this one is the best what it's take kichen aid Brand five minutes this will take a second with perfect grind and easy to clean it .
